William E. Carroll

William (Bill) E. Carroll, 81, of Custar, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2019 at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Bowling Green. Bill was born on June 17, 1938 in Knoxville, TN to the late Silas and Florence Carroll. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Carroll; three sons, Larry (JoAnn), Alan (Jeanne) and Steve (Wendy) Carroll; daughter, Gwendolyn Burden; and one step-daughter, Christina (Daniel) Gregory. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Denise; sister, Marie; and too many grandchildren and great-grandchildren to name. A picnic in Bill's honor will be held August 3, 2019 at 2 P.M. at Mary Jane Thurston State Park, Grand Rapids, Ohio.
