Zelma C. Smith-Day, 85, of Tiffin, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital Hospice. She was born August 7, 1936, in Sandusky to Louis and Leola (McCloskey) Smith. Zelma was the wife of the late Homer Day who preceded her in death.
Zelma is survived by her four daughters, Gloria (Charles) Weber of Tiffin, Linda (Donald) Greene of Sandusky, Cheryl Luhn of Findlay, and Judi (Jerry) Keefe of Norwalk; and one son, Terry (Laura) Sprau of Fremont; stepson, John (Cheryl) Day of Salina, KS; and stepdaughter, Becky (David) Haskin of Ironton. She was blessed to cherish nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren, along with many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
