Alicia Rene Pugh, 41, of Findlay, passed away October 19, 2021, at Bridge Hospice Care Center following a brief illness and became an angel in God’s Kingdom. She was born March 10, 1980, to Laurie (MacDonald) Biddle and the late Terry Pugh.
Alicia is survived by her mother Laurie and Tom Biddle (Stepfather) of Findlay; her sister Amy Pugh of Lewisville, NC; her step grandmother, Wanita MacDonald of Washington, IN; and several aunts, uncles, and many cousins. She is preceded in death by a brother, Jessie L. Pugh; stepbrother, Douglas E. Biddle; maternal grandparents, Walter E. and Shirlee (Pallwig) R. MacDonald; paternal grandparents, James and Evelyn (Corbin) Pugh.
Alicia was a 1999 graduate of Findlay High School and attended Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and Hocking Hills College. She was employed with McDonalds for 7 years and became close friends with some of her co-workers. Alicia was a very thoughtful and caring individual. She loved animals, particularly dolphins and cats, reading, watching Harry Potter movies and medical dramas, rooting for the Buckeyes, and hanging out with her family. Alicia enjoyed cooking, especially side by side with her mom for Sunday night dinners and special occasions and going out to see the bands, “The Rock-n-Roll Outlaws” and “The Cherry Bombs” with her mom and Tom. She had a wonderful smile and a mischievous spirit which will be forever missed.
The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the ICU nurses and doctors at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN and to Dr. Jacobus and the nurses at Bridge Hospice for their compassionate care of Alicia.
Alicia’s memorial service will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) with Pastor Jim Klausing officiating. Visitation will be held one hour (11 a.m. – Noon) prior to the service. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
