Beatrice Dillinger, 79, of Findlay, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. Born July 21, 1941 in Greenville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Wilbert D. and Alice M. (Fussell) Harris. She married her husband Cyrus Vernon Dillinger on March 7, 1958 in Portsmouth, Virgina, they were divorced and he preceded her in death on October 5, 2004.
From 1973-2002, Beatrice was employed and retired from Intersil (formerly RCA, GE and Harris Corporation). Following her retirement, she was employed at Wal-Mart from 2004-2016. She was a member of the Moose Lodge Chapter 362 and the DAV.
Beatrice is survived by her two daughters, Sabrina Marie (George) Barrientos, Ramona Lynn Berry, and her son, Cyrus Vernon (Lisa) Dillinger Jr., all of Findlay; 6 grandchildren, Tasheena (Adam) Ebert, Columbus, Trevor (Kimberly) Barrientos, Findlay, Jessica (Eric) DeVooght, Findlay, Chase Berry, Findlay, Devin (Tabitha) Dillinger, Pinetop, AZ, Hunter (Erin) Dillinger, Findlay; 8 great-grandchildren, Nabella Barrientos, Mataya DeVooght, Logan DeVooght, Lukas DeVooght, Elly Dillinger, Hazel Dillinger, Gracie Dillinger, and Audrey Dillinger. She is also survived by her brother, Donald Harris of Hertford, NC; and sister, Rose Marie (Rod) Miller of Findlay.
A private graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020 in Maple Grove Cemetery. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions in Beatrice’s name may be made to City Mission, 510 W. Main Cross, Findlay, Ohio 45840.
