Obituary

Caroll May (Oates) Miller, 79, of Bloomdale, passed away July 20, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Findlay on December 9, 1943, to John and Marie (Durain) Oates. She married Ron Miller on July 27, 1963.

Caroll was a proud member of the Findlay High Class of 1961. She enjoyed many hobbies which included gardening, growing roses, raising birds, and painting. But she especially enjoyed morning coffee and donuts with “the gang” (Carole Stevens, Connie Stevens, Mary Musgrave, Marj Huff, and Earl Oates).

Caroll is survived by her husband, Ron; children, Michelle Gault and Renee (Greg) Kraus; her grandchildren, Brianna Gault, Brittany (Jacob) Webb, Brooke (James) Palaisa, Brandice Gault, Katelyn (Dr. Rishabh) Jain, Jacob Kraus; great-grandchildren, Bella Webb, Nora Webb, Riley Palaisa, Theo Palaisa; brothers, Don Oates, Dennis (Penny) Oates; sisters, Sharon (Gary) Eckenrode, Nancy (Tom) Meyer, Barbara (Billy) Shriver. Caroll was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Richard, Eldon and Earl; sister-in-law, Sis Oates.
