James Earl Baldridge, 76, of Findlay, peacefully passed away January 17, 2022, at his residence. He was born July 18, 1945, in Floyd County, Kentucky, to Lee and Ethel (Akers) Baldridge. James married his wife Janet (Burton) on February 26, 1966, and she survives.
James attended school in Prestonsburg, Kentucky and chose a career in construction.
James is survived by his loving wife Janet of 55 years; five children, Lorrie Mae Baldridge, James L. (Amy) Baldridge, Susan E. (Dave) Greeno, George (Jennifer) Baldridge, and Michael S. Baldridge; ten grandchildren, Heather Muniz, Kyle Elwood, Cody Elwood, Megan Frey, Ashley Baldridge, Brittney Otto, Brooke Jordan, Alyssa Torres, Addie Baldridge, and Travis Baldridge; nineteen, great-grandchildren, and sister, Mary Joseph. James was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, two sisters, and one grandson, Mikey.
Friends and family may visit from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Saturday, January 22, 2022, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). James’s funeral service will begin at 12 noon following visitation in the funeral home with Pastor William Best officiating. Interment will follow in Hueston Cemetery in Forest, Ohio. Memorial contributions in James’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
