Juan J. Arredondo Jr.

Juan Jose Arredondo Jr., son of the late Juan and Raphaella (Gomez) Arredondo Sr., was born March 17, 1946 in Mission, TX. He met his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 17, 2021 in his home, at the age of 75. Juan married Rebecca (Cantu) in 1964, sharing 57 years together.

Juan was a migrant farm worker for many years. After a life of hard work, he retired to enjoy fishing and spend time with the grandkids. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Juan was always willing to help anyone if he could. He loved to watch old western movies, tinker and fix cars and tractors.

Juan leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Rebecca; son, Juan Arredondo III of Vanlue; daughters, Esmeralda Ramirez of Fostoria, and Melinda Rodriguez of Vanlue; 14 grandchildren, Cynthia Ramirez, Joey Ramirez, Fernando Ramirez, Misael Ramirez, Emily Rodriguez, Amanda Rodriguez, Noe Jr. Rodriguez, Eric Rodriguez, Leslie Aviles, Juan J. Arredondo, Santos Sierra, Jessica Sierra, Fil Sierra, and Esmeralda Sierra; and several great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brother, Jesus Arredondo; and sister, Jovita Garza. Juan was preceded in death by his parents; son, Julio Arredondo; brothers, Jose A. Arredondo and Geraldo Arredondo; and sisters, Antonia Arredondo, and Librada Arredondo.

Friends and family may visit Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Memorial contributions in Juan’s name may be made to a Charity of the donor’s choice.
