Mark A. Rizor (The Fonz)

Mark Anthony Rizor, 58, of Findlay, peacefully passed away at his residence on September 20, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 14, 1963 in Kenton, Ohio to the late Ronald G. and Susan A. (Shisler) Rizor I. On March 23, 1990, Mark married Lori Ann Miller, who survives.  

Mark worked for Cooper Tire and Rubber Company for many years before his retirement. Outside of work, he enjoyed playing with his grandchildren, loved riding his motorcycle, and taking care of his garden. He took pride in mowing his yard and not stopping until he would mow the neighborhood. Mark had a funny sense of humor, often jokingly complaining about his wife’s cooking.

Mark leaves behind his wife Lori of 31 years; his children, Trevor Rizor, Chelsey (Brian) Hull, Lacey, Sydney, and Alexia Rizor; four grandchildren he dearly loved, Tye, Tripp, Ridge, and Rize. He is survived by his brothers, Wendell, Bob, and Rex (Wendy) Rizor; and his furry buddies, Izzy and Ruger. Mark was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Rizor II, and a nephew, Jacob Rizor.

The family would like to give thanks to Bridge Hospice Care Center, Dr. Simo’s and Dr. Cole’s office. A very special thank you to Bob, Robert, and his FF, who went above and beyond!

Bring your most joyful memories with you as we celebrate Mark. Come be a part of the celebration on Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 1 – 6 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Food and drinks will be provided in exchange for memories and hugs. Those who wish to make a memorial contribution in Mark’s name may be made to Cancer Patient Services.
