Mary Jean Spaeth

Mary Jean Spaeth, 80, of Findlay, passed away peacefully October 21, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Bluffton on April 16, 1941 to Oliver and Elanore (Kern) Spaeth.   

Mary Jean began working for Borden Company in 1966, then Marathon Oil Company for 26 years in Data Entry and eventually retiring from Triplet Corporation in Bluffton after 7 years of service. She was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church and Senior Choir, was past member of the Parish Education Board, and Sunday school Secretary and Treasurer. Mary Jean also volunteered at Good Samaritan Nursing Home.

Mary Jean is survived by her brother, Ray (Diane) Spaeth; nephews, Christopher Stuard, and C.J. Spaeth.

Friends and family may visit from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A funeral service will being at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Steve Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Mary Jean’s name may be made to Good Hope Lutheran Church Building Fund, 300 South Main Street, P.O. Box 379, Arlington, Ohio 45814.
