Robert W. Ulrich Jr.

Robert W. Ulrich Jr., 58, of Findlay, passed away at his residence on Saturday, June 13, 2020. He was born on December 27, 1961 in Findlay to the late Robert W. and Betty R. (Rose) Ulrich Sr. On October 26, 1985, Robert married Cheryl (Hughes) and she survives.

Robert graduated high school and went on to earn his Associate’s degree. He served his country in the United States Navy with an honorable discharge. Robert loved his dogs, Sammie and Lucia, who he called “his girls.” His passion outside of the family was driving on the open road. He also loved listening to music, golfing, bowling, and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Jessica (Christopher) Hostettler; sons, Michael, Matthew (Dani), Nicklaus (Lauren), Shalyn Ulrich, Anthony Babcock, and Evan Allison; and 11 grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters, Debra S. (Chuck) Burns, Linda (Terry) Andrews, and Judy (Brian) Prater. Robert was preceded in death by a brother, Kevin D. Ulrich.

Friends and family may visit on Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 5 – 8 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 19 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Jim Klausing officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Robert’s name may be made to the Humane Society & SPCA of Hancock County. Online
