Susan Jean (Drummelsmith) Wolford, 70, of Findlay, passed away at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center. Susan was born in Findlay on October 24, 1949 to the late Jesse G. and Phyllis J. (Beckman) Drummelsmith of Arlington. She graduated from Arlington High School in 1967. Susan married Bradley L. Wolford on November 23, 1974 and he survives.
Susan is also survived by daughter, Kari L. (Matthew) Haugh of Arlington and grandchildren, Kamryn Leigh and Mason Bradley Haugh. A daughter, Anne (Kevin) Stapley and her children, Whitney, Brandon, and Sarah. Her sister, Nancy Moody-Russo of Findlay; brother, Joseph G. (Rhonda) Drummelsmith of Maineville, Ohio; brother-in-law, Mark Wolford of Benton Ridge; and a sister, Deborah (William) Hartman. Susan was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey G. Drummelsmith; father-in-law, Francis E. Wolford; brother-in-law, Larry Wolford; and brother-in-law, Ralph Russo.
Susan was a former cosmetology instructor at State Beauty Academy and Findlay Beauty College. She also worked as a stylist at Cameo Beauty Lounge, Artistic Beauty Salon and Wiggery, Shampoo Hair Designers, Sunrise Assisted Living Salon and Primrose Retirement Community Salon. Susan will be remembered for her award-winning cake decorating and crafting. She enjoyed baking, sewing, gardening, art museums, movies and traveling. She and Brad visited all 50 states and many European countries in their travels together.
Susan was a patron member of the Blanchard Valley Hospital Auxiliary for over 35 years and a life-long member of St. Michael the Archangel Church in Findlay.

There will be no visitation and all services will be private. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made in Susan’s name to Bridge Hospice, The ALS Association of Central and Southern Ohio Chapter, City Mission of Findlay, or a Charity of the Donor’s choice
