Layton would like to help someone stop smoking by some words of encouragement and tips on how to stop smoking at this link: https://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/campaign/tips/quit-smoking.
“The key is focusing on the positive. Build up the good things in your life and the smoking will go away by itself.”
