Wilma L. Van Wormer

Wilma Lou Van Wormer, 83, of Van Buren, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 13, 2023, in the presence of loved ones. Born in Catlin, Indiana on January 30, 1940, she was the daughter of Claude and Dorris H. (Shaw) Robinson.

Wilma is survived by her two sons, Dean J. Van Wormer, and Christopher A. Van Wormer; two daughters, Debra L. Hauenstein, and Jody L. Van Wormer; nine grandchildren, Michael Biltoft, Steven Chamberlain, Natasha Wansitler, Heaven Wansitler, Cheyanne Sexton, Diamond Hathaway, Landynn Mason, Anna Van Wormer, and Marissa Reza; eight great-grandchildren, Justin Chamberlain, Kayle Biltoft,Maddie Biltoft, Jessica Chamberlain, Kaleighnahh Wansitler, Arriylah Thomas, Ryan Wansitler, and Jamaciian Wansitler. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers, Morris R., Darrell G., and Milburn L. Robinson.

Wilma was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Findlay. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, but above all, Wilma’s most joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren.

A memorial gathering of family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 17, 2023, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay (419-422-1500).
